Last night, in the heart of Nicosia, we experienced a truly special moment.
The documentary When the Swallows Fall Silent, directed by Constantinos Patsalides, was screened at the Cultural Foundation of the Bank of Cyprus in Faneromeni, for a charitable cause: to support families in need.
The venue was filled with residents of old Nicosia, while the Mayor of Nicosia, Charalambos Prountzos, also honored the event with his presence.
The audience left deeply moved, emotionally shaken, and profoundly connected to the stories of the people of Faneromeni.
