WALKING AROUND THE WORLD is an independent film production company based in Cyprus, active since 2008 in the fields of film and post-production, docudramas, creative documentaries, animation and corporate video content. Our company is committed to cinematic storytelling that is authentic and visually powerful. Our films have been screened and awarded at prestigious film festivals in the USA, Sweden, Greece, Cape Town, India and Cyprus. Our latest project, “WHEN THE SWALLOWS FALL SILENT”, was completed on January 10, 2025, and had its world premiere at the Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival. It was also screened in France at the festival organized by the Hellenic Cultural Centre in Paris, where it received excellent reviews and enthusiastic audience feedback. Notably, our films “30” and “Beloved Days” were released in cinemas in the UK, Hungary and Cyprus, a rare achievement for Cypriot productions. Our documentaries and short films – including “Hope Against Hopelessness”, “Beloved Days”, “30”, and “Milk-Rose” – have been selected for worldwide distribution by established networks such as: Films Media Group (USA), 7 Palms Entertainment (Ohio, USA), Cosmote TV (Greece). These partnerships ensure that our work reaches audiences globally, across educational, digital, and television platforms.
